Trendlife® Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) first effect on apricot physiology is achieved by affecting fruit metabolism during storage.
Due to this effect, substrate consumption, carbon dioxide production, oxygen consumption and temperature fluctuation are reduced.
When appropriate conditions are provided, it provides 90-95% relative humidity, preventing fruit wrinkling and weight loss.
