General Preservation Features
Trendlife® Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) first effect on red bell pepper physiology is achieved by affecting vegetable metabolism during storage and reducing respiration intensity.
Since red pepper is more mature than green pepper, its shelf life is slightly shorter. Storage temperature of 7-10°C is recommended.
When appropriate conditions are provided with Trendlife® MAP, the shelf life of red bell pepper is significantly extended and nutritional values are preserved.
