General Preservation Features
Trendlife® Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) first effect on cucumber physiology is achieved by affecting vegetable metabolism during storage and reducing respiration intensity.
Since cucumber is a cold-sensitive vegetable, storage temperature of 10-12°C is recommended. Chilling injury may occur at lower temperatures.
When appropriate conditions are provided with Trendlife® MAP, the shelf life of cucumber is significantly extended and quality is preserved during export processes.
